*1. Professor Consent Form/Letter
Please note: International students need to secure the Professor Consent Form/Letter before applying. Requested by the university, applicants must contact the professors by themselves. Tips:
For applicants who are in China: If you are an employee, you still need to provide employment separation certificate and your current residence permit.
